He created the first 24/7 network (Vegas On Demand) that featured the Vegas lifestyle and the highlighted casino games introduced by the gaming industry. He then took the content and built a distribution network of over 108 million homes and made this content available to the public.

Oh, and you know those signs next to drains on the street that read “NO DUMPING DRAINS TO OCEAN” with a picture of a dolphin? He invented that for a Baywatch episode.
For his work in Movies and TV series he has won Emmy Awards, Golden Globe Nominations, the Edgar Allan Poe Award, the Christopher Award, the Red Cross Spirit Award, the Ark Trust Award, and the Heal The Bay Environmental Award. Mr. Berk was also awarded the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Award for Entertainment.
Amongst the many projects Mr. Berk has been involved in, he also wrote "Soul Surfer" starring Dennis Quaid, Helen Hunt, AnnaSophia Robb (as surfer Bethany Hamilton) Lorraine Nicholson, and Carrie Underwood in her first movie. "Soul Surfer" won the Movie Guide Award as the most inspirational movie of the year, and became the highest grossing surf movie in history. It's currently airing on Netflix.

Tony CaporicciChief Technology Officer
Tony Caporicci is innovating the CMN AI technology to make the inference from data collected occuring from the viewing and transacting of the applications, appplicable to Cannabis. Experience software and applied common tools enhance models to compliment Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Federated Learning as it pertains and applies to creating algorithms for Cannabis Entertainment, Interests, Cultivation and Consumption.
Tony is a Technology Pioneer. He was the founder of InRoom.com, one of the world's first inroom internet providers to hospitality. In partnership with Cisco, ATT and Nortel this company provided public internet access to guests through front desk billing. He also developed large scale head-end content management and bandwidth management platforms and centralized video broadcast systems used inside hotel rooms.
Tony also was the founder of NetBooth Corporation, an early innovator of self-service sports betting and financial kiosks that passed all required compliance and acquired industry approved licenses. His development of the first sports betting kiosk is still operating on many casino floors today.
Tony introduced Load Value a proprietary cash to card platform and became product of the year according to Casino Enterprise Management - a leading gaming publication. He also developed secure closed loop system that enabled Self Service Ticketing Machines with All State Ticketing and Gaming Amusement devices with Las Vegas Gaming, Inc. which also passed compliance and got deployed in many Las Vegas casinos. Tony also developed essential software which was the loyalty platform that provided rewards to the users for one of the largest slot routes known as Gamblers Bonus which was deployed on over 17,000 slot machines. He and his team managed the security protocols and infrastructure connectivity service and the network monitoring for over 8 years.
He also led the team that created one of the first Internet ticketing engines for All State Ticketing, and created the innovative AI technology for Score! a sports museum inside the Luxor.
Tony developed the first interface that acted as a mobile wallet to slot machines known as the Mobile Wager Wallet for JCM America and managed the development of one of the first mobile ordering apps for MGM restaurants with Agilysys and Micros, both top-tier Point of Sale providers.
Earlier in his career, Tony was one of the founders of Discount Micro, which was one of the first dominant computer mailorder companies to offer PC Clones, components, Novell network kits and white-labeled CD-ROM media kits. Tony founded Worldwide Micro who was a Unix house and introduced fiber and converted token ring networks to ethernet in the early 90's for top casinos in Las Vegas. Park Place Entertainment, later named Caesars Entertainment, Inc., was a casino company based in Paradise, Nevada. For a time it was the largest casino operator in the world. They bought 11% equity of one of Tony's companies investing over $3m to maintain exclusive rights to his Inroom Internet IP. Tony was also chosen as one of the top ten Mobile Enterprise Entrepreneurs by Intel in the 90's.

Amongst many other accounts, Karen managed the Hard Rock Hotel Casino creative and website account for over 11 years designing, managing servers, email campaigns and creative personalities.
Karen Caporicci provides Executive Adminstrative duties to CMN for Business Development, Sales and Marketing and Legal. Her business accumen lends valuable capacity in operational, strategy and advisory roles at CMN and reports directly to the CEO.
Karen served as President of Vegas Media for 12 years and developed websites and back-ends for casinos, entertainment, ticketing, digital signs and charity.
She led the team that developed the Hard Rock Hotel’s website which had an average of 50,000 unique visitors per month at the time (yes early days) and exploded servers by installing one of the worlds first live webcams achieving over 5 million hits during that same period. She managed Park Place Entertainment’s (now Caesars), Cannery Casino and the Rampart, Diamond Jo's and The Orleans winning awards for design and innovation and established herself as one of the largest web design firms in Nevada.
She developed software engines to enable secure transactions and content management for some of the first E-Commerce platforms, ticketing engines and reservation booking systems used by these casinos.
She worked with Virgin Interactive, Playboy and Sony and helped design user interfaces for their consumer devices.
Karen was part of the original founding team of the Yahoo Film Festival and CineVegas (headed by Dennis Hopper) highlighting filmmakers and visionary veterans to promote their work through interactive experiences.

Some of Ali's responsibilities include helping selecting trade show space, liaising with service providers, tracking expenses, updating records, implementing marketing strategies, preparing vendor invoices, and making sure show materials arrive on time.
She provides remote duties to manage, deploy, and evaluate the organization’s appearance at these trade shows and events.
